Meaning of Measurement:
u It is the collection of information in numerical form.

u It is the record of performance or the information which is required to make judgment.
          Nature  of Measurement
u It should be quantitative in nature.
u It must be precise and accurate (instrument)
u It must be reliable.
u It must be valid.
u It must be objective in nature.
