• Create the static part of the form letter
• Choose 'Mail Merge' from Tools menu
• Follow the steps in the Mail Merge helper
to set main document and attach a data source.
• Use the mail merge tool bar to insert merge fields
into the form letter
• Merge the form letters into a file and save
the new merged file. Check the new merged file to know whether merging is
properly done. If it is right, print the merged file to generate the letters.
