ICT in educational management


Schools currently require management or leaders to guarantee their effective performance at work. As the world changes, information and knowledge are rapidly changing, the process of studying and learning and managing schools needs to be changed. The term Educational Management is mentioned in the scientific field and refers to the major administrative functions of educational institutions and educational organizations. School managers have a lot of work at work; however, this activity needs to be consistent and should be introduced through coordination and harmonization so that it will not be fragmented and inefficient. 
 The introduction of modern technological applications to schools is related to changes, not just at the level of teaching and learning, but also in conducting school management activities. Using ICT management can improve the quality of education, increase learning opportunities and make education accessible. Information and communication technology (ICT) has emerged from the search for faster and easier management of the great information available to users. Therefore, ICT is essential for generating quality information and the administration of that information is essential for effective decision-making. ICT elements, such as those identified through print media, electronic media, telephones, telex, e-mail, fax and computer.
The use of ICT in education is learning and learning tool, as long as it is a valuable tool for the management of organization. Many times, however, encounter difficulties in the integration of ICT due to various faults and deficiencies due to inadequate use. Educational administrative functions include a wide range of activities including education management, administration, support services, infrastructure, finance, budgeting, accounting, personnel selection and monitoring and evaluation of the training, procurement and management of facilities, equipment maintenance, research, and more.
